How you join and what we send

You initiate the conversation by texting KC Computer Services. By sending your inquiry, you agree to receive replies related to that inquiry, including troubleshooting, service-status information, and scheduling for the support you requested. This program does not send unsolicited marketing. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you, and texting consent is not a condition of purchasing services. You may contact us by phone or email instead.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies depending on the support conversation. Your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for plan details. SMS and MMS delivery depends on carrier and network availability; delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and resume

Reply STOP to end support texts. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out, then no further messages from this program unless you opt back in. Reply START to resume customer-support texts. Opt-out preferences apply across numbers in the same KC Computer Services messaging program.
